RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

To initiate a return, email us at support@solvibeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it at no cost.
